The first step in the creative process is getting a sense of who our client is and their business or craft. This is done through an initial conversation via phone, email, or personal meeting. We'll also ask you to complete our Creative Questionnaire to help inform the preliminary design phase. If applicable, an audit will be completed by the designer to assess any current creative being used.
No one knows your business/craft better than you, so we rely on our clients to provide all information up front prior to starting the Design Phase. This could include contact information, biography, descriptions, et cetera. We ask that all information be reviewed for accuracy and spelling. A 50% deposit is due prior to starting the Design Phase.
